You will be trained with a personalized Pilates-Program which is based on a short “Check-up” at the beginning of the first session and a health questionnaire that can be downloaded on this site.
Generally this training is suitable for everyone!
In order to fulfill your personal requirements, I offer special programs for different groups which are noted in the following:

The training is available as personal training or in small groups, on mat with small equipment and on the reformer.
